Summer spotlight on Hope Manor community garden

A look at what's growing at Hope Manor

As plants have bloomed and vegetables continue to ripen with the longer daylight and warmer weather of the season, the residents of Hope Manor Apartments have been enjoying the development’s community garden this summer as part of a weekly Garden Club, hosted each Tuesday morning.

Residents have begun to use radishes and lettuce that were recently harvested, and are currently winning a battle against moths laying eggs in the collards!

WJW is proud of our ongoing partnership with Hope Manor and the community garden, and we hope to join residents for another harvest celebration later in the year!
