A preview of East Bluff Homes

Construction on East Bluff Homes in Peoria, IL, is nearly complete!

Developed by East Bluff-based Peoria Opportunities Foundation, the project will bring 20 single-family homes and five duplex rentals to vacant lots across several blocks, providing 30 units of quality, affordable housing to the East Bluff neighborhood of Peoria. Each of the buildings has been designed to fit within the context of the historic neighborhood, with site design including new parking spaces, sidewalks, patios, porches, and landscaping.
