Andy's Place II Progress

WJW is excited to share the construction progress at Andy’s Place Apartments II, a supportive community for those recovering from addiction, in Blackman Township, Michigan. Phase I was completed in 2021, and Phase II will be ready to welcome new residents later this year. The exterior siding is nearly complete, and the solar panels are installed and waiting to be powered up!

WJW is a proud partner on this project with Milner & Caringella Inc., Oakwood Construction (who provided the amazing drone footage), Cinnaire, Andy’s Angels, and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.

Elizabeth and Lauren, who are leads on Andy's Place II, were recently at the Partners in Progress Michigan Communities Conference. WJW is excited to see the progress on this multi-phase Michigan project providing vital services for those with opiod addictions.
