Indian Trail Apartments II is NGBS Certified!

Indian Trail Apartments II in Lawrenceville, Illinois recently received 2012 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze Certification!

Located less than a mile away from downtown Lawrenceville, this development is designed to integrate with and take advantage of the amenities found in the adjoining neighborhoods. The project consists of 30 dwelling units of affordable housing in a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and includes common outdoor and green space areas.
