Clark-Estes Apartments to be featured in AIA Conference on Architecture tour

Clark-Estes Apartments will be featured on a tour for the national AIA Conference on Architecture 2022!

The project will be included as part of the “Revitalization Through Mixed-Use Affordable Housing” tour on June 24th, exploring models of mixed-use affordable housing that have helped revitalize Chicago's Far North Side.

Located on a site that sat vacant for over a decade in the Rogers Park neighborhood, Clark-Estes Apartments is among Chicago’s first 100 percent affordable transit-oriented-development (TOD) projects, featuring 54 affordable family units along with ground-floor retail space.
