Ribbon Cutting for Ladd Senior Apartments

Heidi and Maggie recently attended the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Ladd Senior Apartments in Ladd, Illinois.

The project includes 40 one and two-bedroom affordable senior apartment units and community building, and also includes the first-of-its-kind recreation area with accessible horseshoe, shuffleboard, and cornhole game courts for resident use.

Also in attendance at the event were Village of Ladd Mayor Mike Grivetti, former Village of Ladd Mayor Frank Cattani, Village of Ladd Clerk Rhonda Bezely, Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Champaign County Lily Walton, Tim Erickson and Dan Joos of CORE Construction, Jayne Lourash, Jamey Littleton, and Tim Ryan from Laborers Home Development Corporation, among many residents from the development.
