Over 40 of WJW's projects are green-certified.

More than many other professions, architecture has a strong impact on the environment, whether it be from considering stormwater management for site planning or evaluating the energy efficiency of a large apartment building. Here at WJW, we give a lot of thought to the environmental impact of our designs. We have an active Sustainability Committee and we joined the AIA 2030 Commitment last year. Whenever possible, we make sure our work achieves green certification.

Across the Midwest, our communities have been recognized for their achievements in sustainable design. Over 40 of our projects have achieved a green certification, with some projects being certified under multiple rating systems!
