Passionate About
Recognizing the acute need for perinatal and postnatal support for new parents, Helen teaches an evening childbirth education course with Third Coast Birth & Baby. She is also completing Lactation Counselor training with Childbirth International. An avid urban gardener, Helen is an advocate for regenerative agriculture practices and gardening with plants native to the upper Midwest.
