WJW welcomes Andrew!
Andrew joined WJW in the fall of 2017. Previously, Andrew worked for a design-build firm focusing on high-end single-family residential and hospitality projects throughout Chicago.
Andrew graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor degrees in both Architecture and Interior Architecture. While in school, he participated in a foreign studies program which took him to Istanbul, Turkey for a summer, as well as, Auburn University’s Rural Studio. At Rural Studio, Andrew and three other teammates designed, fundraised, and built a Boys & Girls Club for the city of Greensboro, Alabama. This experience in socially conscious design, research, and building practice had a major influence in his life, solidifying his belief that people and place matter.
Born and raised in the south, Andrew has adjusted quite well to Chicago. Trying to balance the fine line between hoarder and collector he is always on the hunt for a new project. He enjoys biking, woodworking, gardening, renovation and refurbishing work. He currently volunteers as an associate board member for the local non-profit Archi-Treasures. Most weekends he can be found at the lake enjoying all it has to offer.
Welcome Andrew!
