Mixed-use multifamily housing in Humboldt Park

Our project in collaboration with the Hispanic Housing Development Corp. was recently featured in Block Club, Urbanize Chicago, and Chicago Yimby. Initial designs for a multifamily affordable housing building were shared at a 26th Ward community meeting. The building will have 44 apartments designed for families and it will include parking, a fitness room, and a community room for residents. There will also be a 1,000 square foot retail space at ground level. Stay tuned for more updates about 3251 W Division!
