Grand Opening of Heritage Woods & White Oaks of Noblesville
Todd and Michelle recently celebrated the Grand Opening of Heritage Woods & White Oaks of Noblesville, a new 4-story residential care facility that provides both assisted living services and memory care support in Noblesville, Indiana.
The building was designed to promote dignity & independence for seniors in a home-like environment. It features 100 individual studio & one-bedroom assisted living units in addition to 24 memory care studio units for seniors with dementia.
Numerous amenity spaces are provided, both for assisted living and memory care residents, including dining rooms, living rooms, community gathering & activity spaces, a fully accessible fitness room, an on-site physical therapy suite, beauty salons, library & computer lounges, as well as a double height sunroom. Indoor amenity spaces open up onto outdoor dining spaces, a front porch, private & secure landscaped courtyards, as well as a 2nd floor roof terrace to provide residents access to nature, fresh air, and natural daylight.
Mayor John Ditslear, representatives from Noblesville’s planning, zoning, fire, & building departments, project partners, and community members came out to tour the facility and commemorate the opening. The project was well received, and WJW is proud to have been a partner on this exciting new project!
