Heidi recently shared key insights with Seniors Housing Business regarding Martin Avenue Apartments, a renovation, and expansion project that provides affordable housing for seniors in Naperville, Illinois. 

Featured in “Case Study #6: Affordability Plus Amenities,” the article highlights Martin Avenue Apartments’ many modernized and environmentally-friendly design updates, indoor/outdoor connections, and enhanced outdoor amenity spaces. The project is showcased as an example of a recent industry trend for newer affordable housing developments to provide features similar to those in market-rate buildings.
