Madison III Earns NGBS Silver Certification

We are pleased to announce that Madison Apartments III has earned a National Green Building Standard Silver Certification!

Madison Apartments III is the third in a series of projects WJW has done in Peoria, IL with our partner Phoenix Community Development Services. It is a four-story, new construction buiding (connected to Madison II and the original Madison Apartments) featuring 16 units of permanent supportive housing. Altogether, the Madison campus now houses 40 young adults who were previously at-risk and had no place to call home.
