Declan is a young architectural professional who is passionate about designing affordable housing. Growing up in Chicago, he strives to leave a positive impact on the city and greater Midwest region.

While at the University of Oregon, Declan specialized in housing, gaining experience in unit design, detailing affordable housing, and designing social spaces in multi-family projects. He also is a Certified Passive House Consultant and well-versed in building science principles.

Passionate About
Outside of work, Declan enjoys cooking, dining at his favorite restaurants, participating in architecture tours as an audience member or docent, and playing Catan with his friends.
Knowing that I get to help design homes for people who need it is a good reason for me to get out of bed every morning.
