John’s focus is on affordable housing; and on discovering and emphasizing the unique aspects of cultures and communities surrounding the built environment, as well as the people within.
After extensive study of the relationship between vernacular architecture and ever-changing urban environments in a series of Detroit-based projects, John is actively working on accruing professional experience and developing his knowledge base.
