Grand Opening of Green Oaks of Goshen

Mike, Keith, and Connor joined the grand opening festivities to celebrate the completion and occupancy of Green Oaks of Goshen.

Green Oaks of Goshen is a newly constructed residential care facility for seniors on a 3-acre site in Goshen, Indiana. The four-story building has 120 studio and one-bedroom apartments, and features an outdoor courtyard that looks out onto a beautiful pond. Designed to allow residents to live independently with a thoughtful mix of common spaces, Green Oaks includes a café, dining room, living room with a fireplace, library, activity room, fitness room, theater, salon, offices, and conference room. The building is designed to meet the bronze level of the National Green Building Standard.

At the grand opening celebration on February 8, developers Steve Rappin and Jared Isenthal of Evergreen Real Estate Group spoke about the project from inception to completion. Rick Banas of Gardant Management Solutions, the operator of the facility, spoke about their commitment to serving the residents there. Some residents have already moved in, and two of the residents spoke about how much they love their new home. There were also tours of the facility including the model apartments.
