Jane Featured in Chicago Architect

Jane was featured in the Winter 2023 issue of Chicago Architect for completing the Ladders to Leadership program.

Ladders to Leadership is a new program from the Chicago Women in Architecture Foundation (CWAF), and Jane was a member of the very first cohort! The program was a six-month intensive course designed to mentor women architects.

"The Ladders to Leadership program provided a forum for honest conversations with both guest speakers and cohort members, which expanded my perspective on leadership," Jane shared about the experience.
