WJW Stands Up for the Homeless

Michelle, Maggie, and Connor attended Renaissance Social Services' "Stand Up for the Homeless" event earlier this summer.

The comedy event featuring comedian Jared Logan was hosted by Renaissance’s Associate Board at the legendary Zanies Chicago comedy club. Maggie and Michelle serve on the Associate Board and were integral in the planning of the fundraiser.

It was a full house with over 100 attendees that came out to support the agency’s important work toward ending homelessness in the city through homeless prevention, housing, and supportive services.

The evening was a huge success and full of laughs!
