Construction Begins on University Crossing

Breaking ground in Missouri!

We are excited to announce that our first project in Missouri is off the boards and under construction! University Crossing is located in St. Louis County and is a transit-oriented development near the North Hanley MetroLink station. It consists of the new construction of a four-story workforce family apartment building with 60 units plus common areas and outside commercial space. Sustainability is a key feature, and the project is designed to meet National Green Building Standard certification.
