Located near downtown Northlake and within walking distance to transportation, public services and employment opportunities, the new three-story Trinity Park Vista provides 16 units of badly-needed permanent supportive housing that will allow people with disabilities to live in a community-integrated setting, with the provision of supportive services to allow them to maintain their independence.
Services include assistance in finding employment, help managing finances, and counseling. Trinity Services will own and operate the building, which was developed in partnership with Brush Hill Development, financed by IHDA Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) funding, and built by Synergy Construction.
Northlake Mayor Jeffrey Sherwin, a huge supporter of the project since its inception, represented the Village of Northlake at the event.
WJW is proud to have been a team member on this important project!
