Lofts on the Square receives 2023 Most Enhanced Award
WJW is pleased to share that Lofts on the Square was selected as a winner of a 2023 Most Enhanced Award from Landmarks Association of St. Louis!
The Most Enhanced Awards recognize outstanding examples of restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of St. Louis’ architectural heritage. Winners are selected based on the difficulty of the project, the historical or architectural significance of the building, diversity of building type and development entity, the capacity of the project to have a transformational effect on its surrounding area, and the project’s power to inspire. A ceremony honoring the recipients was held on June 14th.
WJW is proud to be a team member on this important project, which now provides 47 units of much-needed affordable housing within the renovated historic Hotel Belleville building.
