We're pleased to announce that Lofts on the Square is a 2022 recipient of the Landmarks Illinois Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Preservation Award for Advocacy!

Congratulations to Bywater Development Group, Southwestern Illinois Development Authority, and all involved in making Lofts on the Square a success.

This marks the 2nd year in a row that WJW has received a Driehaus Foundation award, representing our passion and advocacy for the preservation and adaptive reuse of important community landmarks. WJW is thrilled to have been a team member on Lofts on the Square, helping preserve the legacy of the Hotel Belleville and create homes that residents can be proud of. Read more here.
