Michelle, Elizabeth, Heidi, and Jane recently attended the Women in Green Building Leadership Luncheon hosted by the Illinois Green Alliance at Maggiano's Little Italy. This was a wonderful gathering of a diverse group of women leaders in green design and construction fields.

Women make up 60% of WJW's staff and are represented at every level, from architectural designer to partner. Their perspectives, creativity, and leadership help drive thoughtful design, collaboration, and innovation across our projects.
