Construction Begins on North Point Homes of Sullivan

We are pleased to share that North Point Homes of Sullivan has closed and construction has begun!

Located southeast of Decatur, the project includes the new construction of 37 family dwelling units on 21 individual sites. This project was awarded IHDA LIHTC funding and will be pursuing the 2020 Green Enterprise Communities certification.
