Andy's Place II Earns 2020 NGBS Silver Certification

We’re proud to announce that Andy's Place II has officially earned 2020 NGBS Silver Certification from the National Green Building Standard! Andy's Place Phase I received 2012 NGBS Silver upon completion in 2021.

This milestone reflects our team’s commitment to creating spaces that are energy-efficient, environmentally responsible, and built for long-term sustainability.
