Expanding professional skills

At WJW, we value investment in staff development at every level. This professional development takes many forms, including internal programming, educational site visits, and external presenters. One of our internal programs, Project Architect Academy, recently wrapped up, and we congratulate the staff who completed the program! PA Academy participants met regularly with senior staff over several months to develop the skills and knowledge needed on the path from architectural designer to project architect. Kudos to Clayton, Justin, Kolbi, Mariah, Mary, Michael, Marcelo, Pierce, and Tanushri for participating in our 2025 session of PA Academy!
