A selection of WJW Projects Completed in 2025

Celebrating projects that crossed the finish line in 2025

In the day-to-day work, it can be easy to lose sight of the impact WJW makes on a broad scale in the communities we work in. Looking back on some of the projects that completed construction in 2025, we are taking a moment to celebrate the variety: permanent supportive housing, senior housing, affordable housing, dementia care, and aging-in-place housing. We have also made great strides towards our AIA 2030 Commitment, with projects designed to meet rigorous sustainability standards. Here are some highlights from 2025.

Andy's Place II

Jackson, MI

Andy's Place II is a supportive community for those recovering from addiction, and a complement to Phase 1, which was completed in 2021 and was the first development of its kind in Michigan. It earned 2020 NGBS Silver Certification from the National Green Building Standard. It features a pair of new construction, two-story apartment buildings with 26 total units of permanent supportive housing and resident common area space.
