Herb Named Associate at WJW

WJW Architects is pleased to announce that Herb Lentz has been named an Associate at WJW

Herb joined the firm in 2011 as Office Manager and will take on the new role of Business Director in 2023. In this new role, Herb will continue to provide firm-wide leadership and orchestrate WJW’s resources in operations, finance, business development, and human resources with expanded roles in marketing and client relations. All his responsibilities will continue to be in pursuit of exceptional project quality, growth opportunities for staff, optimal return on corporate investment, and utmost service to the firm’s clients.

Herb becomes the first non-architect in WJW’s 30-plus year history to be named an Associate. A member of the LGBTQ+ community, he joins a diverse group of like-minded colleagues, affirming WJW’s commitment to the cultivation of female, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals as the next generation of leaders in the profession of architecture.
