A Look at Lofts on the Square

Lofts on the Square is now occupied!

A grand opening will soon be held to celebrate the official new chapter of this building that began as the Hotel Belleville in 1931, and ninety years later has now opened its doors as Lofts on the Square — providing 47 affordable apartments and common area amenities to independent seniors in Belleville, Illinois!

WJW is proud to work with the development team of Southwestern Illinois Development Authority (SWIDA) and Bywater Development Group to renovate and restore this historic architectural icon of Belleville, preserving it for years to come.
