Construction Begins on Hope Manor Village Joliet
We are excited to announce that construction has begun on Hope Manor Village Joliet!
Hope Manor Village Joliet will offer 48 units of permanent supportive housing for persons recovering from substance abuse and their families. The project, one of several collaborations WJW has done with Volunteers of America Illinois, was made possible by IHDA PSH tax credits. Sustainability is a key component of the design; the project will be pursuing the 2020 Enterprise Green Communities certification.
The exterior design features a combination of masonry and fiber cement lap siding in a blend of fresh, contemporary colors. Several accessible front porch features give the building a home-like feel. The site will feature landscape architecture by TWiG and sits across the street from the Hope Manor Joliet development that was completed in 2017.
Stay tuned for more updates from Joliet!
